We cover all areas of study required by the English National Curriculum.
At GCSE the department offers Full Course and Short Course entry, catering for all levels of ability. Courses ask for academic and athletic ability.
In the last academic year results have been outstanding with 87% A* to C passes at GCSE.
A level students enjoy small class sizes, which allows for closer monitoring of work. Students must be more athletic than at GCSE, and it is an advantage if they pursue a sport outside of school. All recent A level students passed with higher grades and some have gone on to Universities in England to study Sports Science.
