IGCSE
We follow the Edexcel IGCSE. This is based up modern world history and is a showcase for understanding how problems today are often the result of events in the past.
Students are encouraged to think through issues for themselves.
A Level
At this level we concentrate on the modern history of the United States of America. We examine how it became the biggest superpower in the world and then consider how it has used this power since World War 2.
One unit focuses on British history since 1945.
