On Friday 17th October, our Sixth Form organised a 24-Hour football marathon – starting at 11.10am and finishing the same time on the following Saturday morning.
The marathon was to raise money for FuenSocial – an autistic charity in Fuengirola. The students raised 225€ and the event was a huge success, with all senior years contributing.
Thirteen sixth form students stayed over night and managed to play football into the early hours and beyond. A special thanks goes to Mr & Mrs Cuttell, Mrs Green, Mrs Mulligan, Mr Murphy, Miss Pinto and Mr Sutcliffe for watching over the games and making sure everything ran smoothly.
